If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 30 days. In exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher, another product or your money back.
Returns - Orders purchased and shipped via the webshop
Please note, these are the exceptions to our returns policy:
- Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- All tags must be still attached to the item and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items must not show visible signs of use.
You can register an item for return using the following steps:
- Log in to our online returns page with your email address and your order number.
- Select the products you want to exchange or return.
- We will send you a return label (postage paid) via email. Print this.
- Place the return label on the package and return all items.
Returns - Order purchased and collected from our warehouse
An item that was purchased in the warehouse and collected on site can only be returned at the customer's expense via a postal or courier service.
Provided payment is made, we can create the return label for you.
Please note - an item that cannot be sent via conventional postal or courier service due to size or weight cannot be returned via this route. Examples of this are trailers, items weighing more than 40KG, bulky items such as ramps 250cm, etc.
