Braked trailers from the Weytens-Intertrailer brand are provided with an official certificate of conformity, which you need for the periodic technical inspection and registration of the trailer.

However, in some countries, including Portugal, registration of a braked trailer (MTM >750kg) for a Portuguese license plate requires a more extensive certificate stating dimensions, weights, coupling device, etc.

An existing or duplicate certificate of conformity from Weytens cannot be adjusted for this purpose.

The only way to register a Weytens trailer in Portugal is to undergo an individual technical inspection in Portugal itself.
